The tsok, or feast offering, is one of the most cherished practices in the Vajrayana tradition – a gathering of practitioners who together offer food, drink and meditation as a powerful means of accumulating merit and wisdom. It is traditionally practised on the 10th and 25th days of each lunar month, as well as at Losar and other community anniversaries. Mingyur Rinpoche composed 'A Reminder of Your True Nature' as a companion to his daily practice liturgy Nectar of the Path, distilling the classical tsok structure into an accessible form. In this live session, Khenpo Pema Oser will give the oral reading transmission and teach on the meaning, symbolism and inner practice of the text – and how to work with it in daily life, for our own dharma practice and for the benefit of all beings. Khenpo-la will teach in Tibetan, given the depth and richness of the text, with live English translation. About Khenpo Pema Oser Khenpo Pema Oser is a senior teacher and Headmaster of the Shedra at Tergar Osel Ling Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal.
